4K Kindness Curriculum - Enjoy this short article about the work being done in 4K classrooms with the Kindness Curriculum.
April 20th - Statewide Tornado Drill - We will participate in the statewide tornado drill at a different time. AM 4K will participate at 8:15. The rest of the building will practice at 1:45. When I make the announcement, please head to your shelter-in-place locations within the building, have students kneel on the floor, covering their heads, with a zero voice. This typically goes pretty quick. Please take some time to talk through this emergency drill with your class. 5K will head outside at the conclusion of the drill.
May 19th 1st Grade Spring Celebration - Please review the proposed schedule for the concert...5K is impacted as we would like to have morning concert times:
- 8:30 concert for Englebert, Conger, Copp (come to Music at 8:10-9:10) - recess at 1:35
- 9:30 concert for Neumann, Fitzgerald, Nelson (come to Music at 9:10-10:10) - recess at 1:35
- Kindergarten 8:10 groups have specials at 12:55 - recess at 9:30
- Kindergarten 9:10 groups have specials at 1:55 - recess at 9:30
