ESAIL - Thank you for participating in the ESAIL. This is a great process for us to learn and grow together. As a result, we all agreed our collective goal for the remainder of the year would be - Clear learning targets for students 👊

Hattie defined teacher clarity as a strategy focused on creating explicit learning intentions and success criteria. Teacher clarity means stating something explicitly and clearly, rather than implicit or implied instruction. Read more here!

Book Fair Dates - Please begin planning for your spring family outreach. This may be a great agenda item for team meetings Monday. The PAC is planning to have the book fair in the building the week of April 24th. Please let the office know when you plan to have your celebration so we can mark the Tanner calendar and watch for any overlaps.

Alex Green will be here to read his book Dream and Believe AJ Wants to Play Football on March 27th. Mr. Green is a former Green Bay Packer who dreamed of playing in the NFL as a kid. His book is about him having the courage and heart to make his dream come true even after his teacher told him he won't make it. This ties in with our April character trait of Courage. (This will serve as our assembly for kicking off April's character trait.)
