Data Dig - Please mark your calendar for Feb. 2nd.  We will have other dates later in Feb. set aside for 4K.  Additionally, there may be a few teachers we ask to come on a separate day due to more time needed to discuss student needs.

Mentors - Please spend some time this week reviewing report card procedures with your mentees, if you have not already.  

Report Cards - Please have these completed by the end of the day Jan. 30th.  I will send an eblast on the 31st letting families know they are final and ready for review.  We can print them for anyone that requests.

5K Winter Wonderland - The 5K classes will be welcoming families in for a short concert on January 20th.  This will be the schedule for that morning:

Beth Liebergen - Thank you, Beth, for transitioning into our Special Ed. EA position.  I appreciate everyone being patient and flexible as we work on filling her previous hours supporting ELL and the Health Office.   

School Attendance Confirmation Forms - These forms will be sent home early this week.  Please let families know these are coming.  It is important that we get confirmation from families on enrollment for 23-24 as soon as we are able.  These forms can generate some questions from parents...please feel free to direct those questions to myself and/or the main office.  Registration for new families opened on Jan. 6th.  👍

BEISY - We will do our winter BEISY (Brief Externalizing and Internalizing Screener for Youth) screener at the staff meeting.  ALL staff should be involved with this and discussing shared students and any noted progress or areas needing attention.  These documents may be helpful as we move into Wednesday:
